QuickTime

Starting with OS X Yosemite (aka OS X 10.10) Apple added the ability to let QuickTime display and record your iOS device (iPhone or iPad) on your Mac’s screen. iOS Hacker provides a detailed description of how to use this feature. QuickTime is free and comes bundled with every Mac.

Reflector

Reflector, free to try then $15, let’s you display or record your iOS device or Android device’s screen to your Mac. It offers a lot more flexibility and features then QuickTime. Check out the full feature list.
